We want you to have the best shopping experience with CenasFixes. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to provide clarity on the procedures and conditions for returning items and obtaining refunds.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned if they are damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact our customer support within 15 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Timeframe for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item. Any requests for returns after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact our customer support at support@cenasfixes.online. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and attach relevant photos. Our support team will guide you through the return and refund process.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund after drop-off with return instructions;
- Refund if package lost;
- Refund if the item damaged;
- Refund if no delivery in 40 days;
Return & Refund Process:
Customers can reach out to us for refund assistance via our contact page. Additionally, customers can cancel the order through the order tab on their dashboard. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped. In case it has shipped, please wait for the parcel to arrive. After that, you can initiate the return process by emailing us and following the steps we will provide you.
The first return is free.
Once dropped off the goods, a refund is provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that shipping charges at a flat rate are non-refundable.
Important:
- Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized. Please check the product description for specific details.
- Items that you have damaged yourself can’t be refunded.
- If the order has been shipped you can’t cancel your order.
- If the order was made during a holiday interval, the shipment can take from 7-8 business days.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the return process and for shipping the item back to us in accordance with our instructions.
