If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@cenasfixes.online.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the reason for the return
  • Photos of the item

Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions, including the return label or address.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be shipped back within the timeframe provided after approval

Return Shipping Costs

  • In case of change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels in these cases
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • In case of damaged or defective items, the first return is free

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address or label provided by our support team after approval.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Returns requested after the 14-day period
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

Refund Eligibility
