Acceptance of order and contract
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging receipt of your order. Orders placed constitute a purchase proposal, which will be accepted by us subject to stock availability.
Once you receive the confirmation email, we are unable to change your order information (items, quantities, or shipping address). Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase. For assistance, contact us at info@cenasfixes.online.
The sales contract will be formalized once you receive the confirmation email stating that the item has been shipped to the address provided. Acceptance will be considered valid upon sending this shipping confirmation email to the user. Items from the same order that are not confirmed in the aforementioned email are not covered by the contract.
The amount will be charged to your account at the time the order is placed. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you have 15 days to return it. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
We place special importance on security and adopt physical and electronic procedures to safeguard all processed information.
Orders must be paid via Credit Card or PayPal.
Shipping Policy
Delivery time is calculated in working days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Business delivery hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination region and payment approval. Once payment is confirmed, orders may take up to 4 (four) business days to be prepared before being collected by the carrier.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination. Standard shipping usually takes 2–4 weeks, while expedited shipping typically takes 9–14 business days.
Orders containing pre-sale items will only be shipped when the last item arrives at our warehouse.
Packaging Optimization
To maintain affordable shipping costs under our flat-rate shipping model, CenasFixes.online may optimize packaging for larger orders.
Large orders may be shipped with the original product boxes carefully folded or adjusted to reduce parcel size and improve shipping efficiency.
All products remain new, unused, and securely protected during transport. Folding or adjusting packaging affects only the external box and does not impact the condition, functionality, or integrity of the product.
Product packaging is considered protective packaging unless otherwise stated. Adjustments to packaging due to shipping optimization do not constitute product damage, defect, or grounds for return based solely on packaging condition.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these packaging conditions.
Prices and Promotions
Prices are those shown on the website and include TAX at the current legal rate, but do not include shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
If you discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time up until the time the item has been shipped to you. If we encounter an error, we will contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed with your order at the current price or whether you wish to cancel it. Once the bank reference has been generated, we reserve the right to cancel the order if payment has not been made within the next 24 hours.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with other current promotions.
Return
If you want to return the item, you have 14 days to return it in perfect condition with tags. Just contact us and we will send you the label or return address. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If there is a defect, the process is exactly the same.
ATTENTION – Used or previously washed items are not accepted for exchange or return!
If the reason for the return is due to damage to the item in question or malfunctions, shipping the item is at no cost to the customer. Other reasons that are not described above will not benefit from free collection of the item: the customer will therefore be responsible for shipping the item and associated costs. Exchanges
If you want to exchange the item, you have 15 days to return it. Just let us know so we can send you the label or address and instructions for you to drop off your item. After we receive the item again, we will send you the replacement product.
