Acceptance of order and contract

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email within 48 hours confirming your order. Orders placed are a purchase proposal, which will be accepted by us according to stock availability. Once we receive your confirmation email, we are unable to change your order information (item, quantities or shipping address). The item sales contract will be formalized after receiving the confirmation email confirming the shipment of the item to the address provided. Acceptance will be considered valid after sending the confirmation email to the user. Items from that same order that were not confirmed in the aforementioned email are not covered by the contract. The amount will be debited from your account at the time of order(s). If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it but you have 15 days to return it. Please see our return policy for more information about returning items.
We give special importance to security issues, which is why we adopt physical and electronic management procedures to guarantee the security of the information processed.

Shipping Policy

The delivery time is calculated in working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Business day for delivery: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The delivery time for products varies depending on the region. The deadline will be informed at the time of purchase and also depends on the approval of your payment. Once payment has been confirmed, your order takes up to 4 (four) business days to be prepared and is then collected by the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks, while expedited shipping can take 9-14 business days.
We reserve the right to ship orders with pre-sale items only when the last item arrives at our warehouse.

Prices and Promotions

Prices are those shown on the website and include TAX at the current legal rate, but do not include shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
If you discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time up until the time the item has been shipped to you. If we encounter an error, we will contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed with your order at the current price or whether you wish to cancel it. Once the bank reference has been generated, we reserve the right to cancel the order if payment has not been made within the next 24 hours.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with other current promotions.

Return

If you want to return the item, you have 15 days to return it in perfect condition with tags. Just contact us and we will send you the label or return address. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If there is a defect, the process is exactly the same.
ATTENTION – Used or previously washed items are not accepted for exchange or return!
If the reason for the return is due to damage to the item in question or malfunctions, shipping the item is at no cost to the customer. Other reasons that are not described above will not benefit from free collection of the item: the customer will therefore be responsible for shipping the item and associated costs. Exchanges

If you want to exchange the item, you have 15 days to return it. If you want to exchange the item, you have 15 days to return it. Just let us know so we can send you the label or address and instructions for you to drop off your item. After we receive the item again, we will send you the replacement product.
